Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy (Widerrufsrecht / Rückgaberecht)

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with §11 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG). Please read the following information carefully:

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The costs for returning the goods must be borne by the customer. We recommend that you insure the return package and retain the receipt and tracking number as proof of shipment. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods in accordance with §18 FAGG:

  • Custom-made products or print-on-demand items that are produced specifically to order, such as wall prints and merchandise.

  • Personally signed prints, as they are individually personalized.

  • Online workshops, once access has been granted or digital content has been delivered.

  • Goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive.

Therefore, all wall prints, merchandise, personally signed prints, and online workshops are excluded from returnunless they arrive damaged or defective.
